The Nut'z comes in a universal size that fits heads sized 50-55cm in circumference.
We purchased this helmet for our boys, one is 4 and the other 7. The helmets fit both of them without having to mess around with adjustments. They can just grab one and go (of course they usually don't because they have to have their own). They really really good too and not cheesy like most youth helmets. I definitely feel safer having a Lazer helmet on the boys. They have not complained about comfort one bit, in fact they remind us that they need their helmets so we never have to worry about them riding without it!
